Tomoko Nakada,Tokyo Heritage Law Firm
Tomoko Nakada, an internationally recognized attorney-at-law admitted in Japan and New York, established Tokyo Heritage Law Firm in 2020. Ms. Nakada focuses her practice on international estate planning and estate settlement for both domestic and international clients.

With 17 years of experience as an estate law attorney and as outside counsel for estate divisions of one of the top trust banks in Japan, Ms. Nakada advises on complex international inheritance and tax issues. Her clients include non-Japanese citizens (i) who reside in Japan, and (ii) who reside outside Japan but have assets or family members in Japan. To minimize Japanese and foreign inheritance taxation, both counsels in Japan and in the relevant jurisdiction need to coordinate and review the global estate plan.

Tokyo Heritage Law Firm is your premier destination for international wealth transfer in Japan.
